Singapore-based startup gains significant funding to expand its AI-driven dark web monitoring capabilities.
StealthMole, a promising threat intelligence startup focused on the Asian cybersecurity landscape, has successfully secured $7 million in Series A funding, with Korea Investment Partners (KIP) leading the round and support from Hibiscus Fund and Smilegate Investment.
To mention their main products:
- Darkweb Tracker, a digital forensics tool for threat investigators
- Credential Protection, used to discover compromised account credentials on the dark web to prevent breaches
- Dark Web Monitoring, monitor the dark web 24/7 for leaked organizational data, responding to breaches quickly and effectively
The company says the new funding will help it expand into the B2B sector. Chances are, we’ll be hearing more from StealthMole on a global scale soon.
The founder, Louis Hur said:
StealthMole came about from a critical market gap: a severe lack of data points and information networks specifically within Asia. To better understand digital threats, it’s crucial for law enforcement, intelligence agencies, corporate security teams, and cybersecurity experts to analyze regional contexts and their impact on illicit activities.
